Company Information
Osctek design and manufacture a range of Gunn oscillators operating  9 to 114 GHz. These are available as fixed frequency, mechanically or varactor tuned. Our range of varactor tuned oscillators enables system designers to take advantage of electronic tuning at high speeds, which overcome some of the inadequacies of bias tuned oscillators.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any Gunn requirements. We are also able to engineer solutions for specific requirements.
A limited stock of oscillators is maintained at  specific frequencies e.g. 24, 30, 35, 76, 94 and 100 GHz.
