Osctek design and manufacture a range of Gunn oscillators operating from  10 to 125 GHz.
These are available as fixed frequency, mechanically or varactor tuned (vco).

The GVS (GNVS) range of VCO exhibit excellent performance , they are robust solutions for medium
to high volume production

We are able to engineer solutions for specific Gunn oscillator requirements.
