Osctek was founded in 1993, since this time we have designed and manufactured a series of Gunn oscillators of the highest standards in terms of both tuning range and output power, yet at very competitive prices. We offer a range of waveguide Gunn oscillators operating between 10 and 110 GHz. These are available at fixed frequency, mechanically or varactor-tuned. We are geared to producing standard and bespoke components; this includes our range of very wide band-tuned sources, whose performances are unmatched. Our range of varactor tuned oscillators enables system designers to take advantage of electronic tuning at high speeds, which overcome some of the inadequacies of bias tuned oscillators. Osctek has recently developed a range of ‘mini ‘ V and W band oscillators, these are small compact low mass units, the waveguide interface is a custom size.

Standard model

    • OT-GF/GN: Bias tuning permits precise frequency adjustment over narrow bands.
    • OT-GM: A single micrometer tuner allows precise control of the frequency of oscillation up to ± 0.5 GHz around the spot frequency.

    All Standard Gunn oscillators are fitted with a SMA female connector for bias voltage input.
